This 5-day Printing Arts camp is a hands-on studio intensive for teens who want to explore printmaking, design, and image-making through multiple techniques. Each day focuses on a different process, giving students the chance to experiment, build skills, and create a collection of prints to take home. Throughout the week, students will learn a range of traditional and contemporary printmaking methods including linocut carving and printing, letterpress, cyanotype, and screen printing. Teens will explore repetition, layering, typography, and bold graphic design while creating prints on paper and fabric. This camp is perfect for teens who love drawing, illustration, graphic design, or making art that can be reproduced, shared, and worn. Daily Themes May Include: Linocut: Carve + Print Your Own Design Letterpress: Typography + Print Layout Cyanotype: Sun Printing + Photographic Experimentation Screen Printing: Stencils, Layers + Color Final Day: Combining Techniques + Personal Print Series All materials are provided, and students are welcome to bring images, drawings, or ideas they want to develop into prints. Cancellation Policy: A 50.00$ administrative fee per will be charged for all camp cancellations. If you cancel 30 days or more before the first day of camp, the remaining balance of your tuition will be refunded.
