What is Mighty Mighty studio?
Mighty Mighty Studio is a creative arts space and gallery located in the heart of downtown Oakland, just steps from BART. Our 2,000-square-foot studio is designed to bring people together through art, creativity, and community.
What are the ideal gathering to have at your studio?
Mighty Mighty Studio is an ideal venue for art openings, workshops, team-building events, book launches, creative gatherings, community meetings, and intimate celebrations. Our front room is ideal for retail pop up's and trunk shows. Whether you're hosting a hands-on workshop, showcasing artwork, or bringing people together around a shared idea, our space offers a warm and inspiring environment for meaningful connection.
Do you have a kitchen and can we bring outside food and beverages?
Yes, we have a kitchen with a large refridgerator and large basin sink.
We also have a 2 burner induction plate. You can bring in outside food and drink, but there is no drink sales allowed.
Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of Oakland at 480 23rd street between Telegraph and
Broadway. Ample street parking and pay to park options nearby.
What spaces are available? The space includes four distinct rooms: two workshop studios ideal for classes, meetings, and hands-on creative experiences; a gallery space for exhibitions, receptions, and artist talks; and a small retail area featuring artwork, books, and creative goods. We also have a sunny side patio that offers a welcoming outdoor space for gathering, conversation, and relaxation.
What type of classes and workshops do you have?
We offer a small select group of workshops througout the year. Our selection of classes have something for everyone and all levels of experience, from textile dying, block printing, watercolor, illustration, bookmaking and more.
How do I register?
You can easily register on our website under workshops.
What is your cancelation policy?
Please know that any class will cancel due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled, we will make every effort to reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel your class registration 7 days before the first day of class, you will receive a credit towards your next class. Classes canceled less than 7 days in advance will be charged for full cost of the class. There are no refunds, so choose carefully.

Is there parking available?
There is street parking and two paid parking lots within 2 blocks of our location. Broadway Grand Garage and SP Parking.
Do you offer any discounts on workshops?
At Mighty Mighty Studio, we believe that art should be accessible to everyone. If the cost of a class is a barrier for you, please reach out—we hold a couple of spots in each session for those who need financial assistance. No complicated forms—just a conversation. Send us an email.

Do you have a shop where I can buy art supplies and other unique gifts?
Of course we do! We have a wonderful little shop specially curated with hand made water colors, textiles, books and more.
