Laurie Caird is an Oakland-based artist and designer whose work explores the relationship to time and our connection to nature, joy and humanity through food. She enjoys collaborating with her materials, responding to the behaviors of watercolor and paper in ways that amplify their unique characteristics.
Trisha Mah
Born and raised in the East Bay, California, is a proud Chinese-Japanese American collagist and longtime taiko artist. As an emerging visual artist, she was a part of the inaugural Emerging Artist cohort with East Bay Open Studios in 2025. Her collages are layered with emotion, dreams, and lived experience, offering space to reclaim identity and spark connection across generations.
