Fashion Week Teen Studio

June 22nd - 26th Monday - Friday 11:00 - 3:00

more about this class

In this five-day Fashion Lab, students will explore fashion as art, self-expression, and storytelling. Through sketching, collage-style mood boards, fabric exploration, and beginner sewing techniques, participants will design and create their own mini collection—plus at least one wearable or functional piece. Throughout the week we’ll look at how fashion trends are shaped by culture, community, and creativity, and we’ll also explore how BIPOC designers have used clothing as a powerful form of identity, advocacy, and personal style. Students will learn the basics of fashion illustration, experiment with textiles, and dive into upcycling projects that encourage thoughtful design and sustainability. This camp is perfect for beginners and creative teens who love clothing, art, DIY, and experimenting with style. Cancellation Policy: A 50.00$ administrative fee will be charged for all camp cancellations. If you cancel 30 days or more before the first day of camp, the remaining balance of your tuition will be refunded or credited toward another class.
