Block Printing: Create Your Own Custom Stamp with Erin McClusky Wheeler In this hands-on workshop, you’ll design and carve your own custom rubber stamp, then mount it on a wooden block for easy printing. Your handmade stamp can be used to decorate gift tags, wrapping paper, boxes, stationery—or anything else you can imagine! A $15 materials fee covers everything you’ll need, including a rubber sheet (approx. 2x3 inches), inks, carving tools for in-class use, vintage paper gift tags, and materials to fold small gift boxes. Feel free to bring additional paper items to stamp. If you already have an image in mind—such as a leaf, animal, tree, or line drawing—bring it along to trace. You’ll have more time to focus on carving and printing. The instructor will also provide plenty of source images for inspiration.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling classes, please note that workshops will be automatically canceled if enrollment is four participants or fewer. If this occurs, your credit will be applied to the next available workshop of the same name. If no future session is scheduled, a full refund will be issued. Also, you can cancel your class up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit toward your next booking. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds.
